[Resolved]  SBI Credit Card — Zero Balance statement & NOC after settlement

Dear Sir I was done my SBI credit card settlement 3 months back in Rs. 30000 and as per settlement letter that amount was to paid in 2 installments of Rs. 15000 each, I given 2 cheques to company for same, but after deducting both installments SBI till now not issued me zero balance statement and NOC for same. When I called they are saying we received only installment and they asked for bank statement, i submitted same and after that I called many times but there is no positive response for bank side, please help me in getting NOC and zero balance statement . I shall be thank full to you for this. Last 8 digits of card are : xxxx xxxx 9425 8992 Name : Amit Ahuja Mobile No. [protected]

After putting this complaint on this website I get a call from mobile no.[protected], saying I am from SBI credit card department, and asked me for login on to website " bank.securities" and putting debit card details, said to me get we will refund you Rs 15000 which we not received and you pay again then we will give you the NOC & Zero Balance statement, When I denied and asked who are you he disconnected the phone and till now his phone is going busy from this time, please help me in this regard and getting NOC and zero balance statement.
