[Resolved] SBI — Harassment in SBI credit card settlement | |||
I was using the above SBI credit card [protected] till somewhere in April 2010. Although I stopped using the card but I continuously paid till April 2013. In the mean time my previous email id password I forget and using this email id. I want a settlement for the card and SBI from Mumbai with the telephone number [protected] called me after a year i.e on March 2014. I told them first to send the statement in my new mail id which they have not send till date. They told me a settlement amount of 24000 payable in 4 monthly install ments. I insisted for 18000 in 3 monthly installments. Then the day before I was travelling in Baku they told me they are ready with 18000 in one installments. I reached Baku and I call them from my Baku mobile number andgiven them my number also, but again they are claiming 24000. I do not understand whether they want to settle the account or not. Needs help in settling the account since I am outside India now. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have already send mails to SBI several times. The latest mail had gone on
April 12 2014.

There are almost 7 mails have gone to SBI from my side and there is no response. This is a total unprofessional attitude taken by SBI.
