SBI — INVALID CARD

I'm an SBI debit card holder. Today, when I tried to sign up in sbicard.com, they told me that my card no. is invalid. I used the card a week ago and also they are saying that my card is not registered with mobile no. which on contrary it is. I'm confused with this. It will be my pleasure if anyone helps me as it's very urgent as well as important :( Thank you..!!
