[Resolved] SBI — late payment fees and finance charges | |||
Dear Sir, I am regular user of SBI credit card. In my last statement of august month, SBI charged me late payment fees of RS. 350 and finance charges of Rs. 150. Kindly instruct SBI to reverse late payment fees and finance charges charged me in month of august. I shall be thankful to you for this. I am regular user of SBI credit card since 2007.
In my august statement generated on 20 .08.2014, SBI charged me late payment fees of Rs. 350 and finance charges of Rs.149.
Due to technical problem in SBI ATM, I was quite unable to transfer amount in my credit card account.
Thats why I got late for few days, Then too SBI charged me late payment fees and finance charges.
Kindly instruct SBI to reverse late payment fees and finance charges.
