SBI — Lease Agreement for rent

Dear Sir We rented our first floor to one of the SBI officer at Manipal. But later we found the agreement executed in the name of bank is fake ( 20 rupees stamp paper) and they mis used the SBI name for their rental purpose. We are now unable to recover the dues since they there is no legal stand on it. Let me know how we can proceed. Pallavi Maiya

dear sir the problem is very defecult but i need to help this branch is 34 year old and this this area will be denoted into 1310 sqrt foot but this branch is actuall 2800+ avilable so sir please to a verify the area on a time and update rents on a bank lease
