SBI — My name in my account has been changed

Dear Sir : About two weeks back I suddenly found that my name in my account No [protected] has been changed from Birendra Nath Mallick (my name) to Diptendra Nath Mallick. This is a very serious issue. I have been complaining on the SBI Web site as well as written complain to my SBI branch (JNU, SBI, 01624) but of no avail as yet.
