[Resolved] SBI — No refund for unsuccesful transaction

Dear Sir, I did online mobile recharge from SBI bank on 7th July 2014 with amount Rs101 only.This recharge was not successful but amount was deducted and not yet refunded.I had request them online, but they didn't respond. SBI savings account :[protected] Regards, Raunak Patil Mob:[protected]

State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by raunakpatil I received call from +91 [protected] saying that we are SBI.They send me one sms OTP and said we are refunding that amount.After some time they told me that they can't refund.They were asking my other ATM card numbers.

Updated by raunakpatil +91 [protected] saying that they are SBI bank have misused my bank information and deducted 49, 490 rupees amount illegaly and without my consent.They are intentionally doing it.

Also, uptill now i did not receive rs101 recharge refund.

My loss=101+49490=49591 Rupees :(
