[Resolved] SBI — recharge is not successful | |||
Sir, I sent a request for top up of 1000/- for my bsnl mobile no:[protected].The request was accepted for payment vide Tid=[protected]. The amount was deducted from my primary account.but I didn't get any balance in my mobile account. on 4 january 2014, , the amount was deducted without getting any balance.i complaint many times and my ticket no OM[protected] but it It was closed withot any resolution and problem through SBI feedback but there was no result from them yet.
