SBI — SBI Demat services, no response since 25/8/15 regarding OTP | |||
Forgot password on 25/8/15 at 12 noon, so requested for otp for getting new password. but no otp was received on email address. registered mobile number is non functional. after an hour called sbismart and tole them the problem. waited for another 2 hrs, no help. mailed twice, called twice, no help received till today. Called the complaint number for SBI, told me to wait for resolution for atmost 10 days. asked for SBI Wellesley Park branch number, provided this number: [protected], which doesn't work.
