SBI — Unethical Behaviour | |||
i applied for SBI credit card, while applying for it, SBI represntetive told me that the annual fess for the card is 500 and against which you will a FBB coupon of rs500. its been more then a month now, and i have received my first statement as well, though i have not used the credit card at all, i called there customer care no. as well as sent e-mail but its been 7 days now that i hve not received a single response from them. i have escalated this matter to Nodal officer first still didnt get any response, then i chased CEO still no replay, first i was asking for the coupon however now i am asking to close this credit card completly and dont want to use there services at all. and they are not even least concerned about it.
