Scv Set Top Box — complain not attended | |||
We purchased the set top box 6 months back. From the date of purchase we are facing hell lot of problems! No signal for many of the paid channels or no picture clarity. Even after complaining to the nearest local cable operators, they are refusing to attend the complaint. Few weeks back, a person checked and told there is a problem in the wire and it will be replaced soon. Even after several reminders, they are not taking any responsibility to do so. They wont respond for our complaints, but they are very punctual for collecting the monthly payments, they will disconnect the connection immediately if in case we tell them that the payment can be made only i[censored] clear the problems. They are very sincere in disconnecting the connection and not for attending the problem. It's really waste of money to pay for non clarity channels. I strongly suggest please don't go for scv cable, their customer services are very very poor. They are not even ready to hear our complaints. It's far far better to go for other operators like tata sky, airtel etc., comparing to scv I request the scv to kindly rectify the complaints immediately else we will cancel the connection. If this type of poor service Continuous, u may have To loose the entire cuatomers. Pls act fast. The card no.
