[Resolved]  Secure Meters Limited — APEX 100 METER CUMULATIVE POWER FACTOR SIGN NOT COMING IN DUMP REPORT

Dear Sir We have purchased and fixed 2 nos APEX 100 meter and commissioned on dt-15.07.2014 by your service engineer Mr.Manoj Kumar Dash. Regarding its functionality the cumulative power factor sign is not coming in dump report. Due to this we are facing problem in paying the penalty to DISCOM(SOUTH CO).Already we have paid penalty Rs.10 laces to South co.The old version APEX meter (APM02520)which was connected in upstream OPTCL Theruvali grid substation is showing power factor sign in dump report. Regarding above problem we are in touch continuously with your area engineer Mr.Saroj Kumar Dash, Bhubaneswar. But still today the problem was not rectified.
