this is to bring in your kind information that i have purchased seiko watch on 24/10/ 2014 from ethos inorbitmall link road malad west mumbai model no 454533 my name is dharmesh golecha within one month the goldenstrap of watch got dis colored from many sides i gave the watch to company on 30/11/2014 but they are only polishing the strap if the watch is under one year gurantee and two years warranty why should i consider such things i want a complete replacement of the watch as if only one month has gone pls let me know and also if possible can i take silver strap of the same model so that in future there will be no such problems thanks waiting for your reply Was this information helpful? |
