[Resolved]  Self (Marketing) Pvt Ltd — Company contacts not valid and investment returns/principal amount not refunded

Investment was done with Self (Marketing) Pvt Ltd on December 2, 2000. Investment details as below investor: Suresh M. Pawar amount: INR 30, 000 investor: Suresh M. Pawar amount: INR 30, 000 Investment was done in terms of Loan provided to Self for a period of 15 year at IRR 16.5%. The interest was to be paid to investor half yearly but there were no cheques paid. The company registered office is closed and all the contact numbers are non-existent. I had been told around 3 years back that the case is registered and CID was investigating and thus had visited the CID office. They had confirmed the same and told that we will be contacted once the results are out but not been contacted yet. I had not logged written complain earlier, thus doing the same. Please assist.
