Self — REGARDING CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM.. | |
Dear Sir,
I am your one of customer of TATA DOCOMO GSM, i have ported my sim form BSNL TO DOCOMO for that imagination that docomo support there customer very well, and handly all query very well and rapidly.
But i am apsultely wrong your customer service is very worst, , very very worst, no body able to reply customer concern.
For a single query regarding my data pack of 500mb which i have not received till yet i have called so may times to your custmer support team regarding that issue they told me that you will get your pack after 2 days or 3days . After 4 days when i have not received the pack i called again then again they told me you will received after 2 or 3days and this process will be never ended after completion of half month.
I m very fedup with your service & your promote your company that you are very familier with the customer regarding there concern.. but unlikely your co. will be cheated to the customer conerns.
NOTE -
I have called right now days to your customer team, i notice a girl (i recognise her voice) she picked my called 3 times and without any answer she cutt the call & if i told her that please transfer my call to senior, she refused all the time that senior is busy busy, , right now my called no body picked up by anyone..
And i am very much sure that i after receiveing this mail nobody in your customer team will revert me regarding my concern, very shamefull effort of your company .
THIS WILL DEFIENTLY AFFECT THE GOODWILL OF YOUR COMPANY IN THE MARKET.
DON'T MIND LEARN THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT EFFORT FROM VODAFONE NICE CUSTOMER SUPPORT... Was this information helpful? | |
