I purchased a baby gold chain frm yr jalpaiguri branch on[protected].just after reaching at home i found two faults on the chain.on 07-09 i went to yr jalpaiguri showroom and show them the defects...bt unfortunately they were not ready to accept it and some how convinced repaired the same. after coming home i found another defect and again i went to showroom on 09-09 -16. im sure it is an exchanged item and the faulted one was sold to me without rechecking properly...the bitter experience which i faced frm such a renowned jewellery shop is unexpected...i m submitting here id no..GC[protected] sp code E0683 ...date of purchase[protected] Was this information helpful? |
