[Resolved] Sendmygift.com — Cancelled order | |||||
I have ordered a cake as gift on 24.12.2015 to be delivered at coimbatore on 25.12.2015. Sendmygift.com promised the delivery but couldn't deliver the product. I received a call from their customer care on 25.12.2015 that they will not be able to deliver since the product which ordered is not available hence i cancelled the order and asked for a refund. From 25.12.2015 till today they have not refunded the money whenever i contact them they will say it will refunded in two day. Was this information helpful? | |||||
