Please help me in getting my order delivered or my money back

It look people in send my gift are smart enough to fool around the people, well company's like are you are easiest way to make money taking away money from and spoiling our happiness by not delivering the gift. I place order on 4th Feb of a combo pack to be delivered on 14th feb and so far no update thank you people at send my gift a person called Vinoo who chated with me requesting me to place order and give him the order number which i did. I dont know if someone will respond here, my order number is[protected], the best part of your is that you guys dont respond to our call and chat messages.
