Hello, I am very disappointed in your services as I had placed an order for delivery number[protected] which was supposed to be delivered on Valentine's Day (in February)but has yet to be delivered.I have already paid an online sum amount of 824 Rupees.Either you please Deliver my Cake or Refund my amount to me immediately. When I had sent an online enquiry, I was assured by one of your associate that the delivery would be done latest by yesterday and again sendmygift has failed to do so. Your Website is highly unprofessional and unhelpful to customers who entrust in ordering with you and I am very saddened about this delay. I am repeatedly enquiring for months now for one cake.
