This is for the order id :[protected] . I have raised an issue 20 days back.
These customer service are telling they have delivered to somebody else and sometimes they are saying refund is getting processed.
The customer support is rude and scolding and telling that I don't have right to ask them as my sister has made the order.
I dont know what these people are telling. Every time they are saying they will arrange a call back but nothing is happening.
please help me
