[Resolved] Service Delight — Poor service of Kenstar service person | |||
Dear Sir, My name is K. Raghuram. Last year I purchased Kenstar air cooler (Double Cool DX: CW-0121). One month back I faced a maintenance problem. I contacted your customer care and they send a service person. Service person has told me that motor is failed. For that he charged Rs. 2300/- and installed new motor and told that 3 months warranty available. New motor is worked only for 10 days. The service person observed the motor condition and told me that he will come tomorrow. From then onwards is not responding to my phone call (not at all lifting my call). If I call from different phone, he telling that he will send person. But not sent a person till now. Please help me and take necessary action on service person.
