SETC — Bus did not come inside bus stand

I have booked a ticket on 4th early morning 02:05 in SETC from kumbakonam to chennai.And the seat number is 39. The other seats 28 and 38 were also reserved and those passengers were also waiting. But the bus did not even come to the bus stand and outside the bus stand itself, and our seats were allotted to the family members of the transport people. I was waiting from 10pm on 3rd night but no bus and no proper response from the transport guys. I did not sleep for more than 7 hrs and no food as well. I could not report to office on time So loss of pay for one day. The person in the reservation counter does not even know how to treat female passenger who came alone. He spoke very roudely. Due to this tremendous stress, mental pressure, no sleep and no food for me for more than 7 hrs. Transport department has to answer for me.
