SETC Bus — Refund amount that i didnt travel in bus

Respected sir/madam,

I booked my bus ticket from ooty to nagercoil to travel on 07.04.2016 at 05.30pm bus. Due to heavy traffic i could able to reach the atc bus stand at 5.25pm.But the bus didnt wait for me and it went before 5.25pm...So i cant able to travel in bus. So i kindly request you to refund the amount. Hereby i have attached the eticket which i had booked.
