Shaadi.com — Reg refund of registration amount

I have registered of wedding of my son Vyom Gupta. Our order ID is[protected]. My registered E-mail ID is deepaktaruna.[protected]@gmail.com. As per company policy, I may request for cancellation and get refund of amount within 15 days. I requested to cancel registration and refund amount on 8th March 2015. I have also receive phone call from company executive on 19.03.2015 that my cheque of refund is ready and will get within 5 days but I have not received the cheque of refund for Rs 19500/- till date.
