[Resolved] Shaadi.com — VIP services | |||||
I registered on this website by making an online payment for shaadi.com for finding a match for my son. Subsequently I was persuaded by the Company to upgrade my membership to avail the VIP Services on a trial basis by making a further payment. The gentleman who spoke to me was one Mr Krishna. I shared my apprehensions with him that earlier another company had charged a big amount and actually we were not satisfied with the services at all. He assured me that at shaadi.com I could try out and if I found that the profiles I'm being sent are not suitable, then they would refund the additional payment and revert to the original ordinary membership. I found that the profiles that the relationship manager was sending were not at all suitable, so several times I have asked the shaadi.com to please refund my addition payment and let me revert to my original membership, but they are just not doing that Was this information helpful? | |||||
