Shaadi.com — VIP Shaadi is a fraud - worst experience of my life

I took VIP Shaadi membership on 7th April and paid around Rs 28, 500 for three months service, after interacting with one of their representative, i felt i will be able to find a right match for myself with the help of Shaadi.com team. But over the period i realized taking their membership was the biggest mistake i made in my life. Shaadi.com is just concerned about making money by fooling their clients, there is no service after that. 1) the Profiles sent by them did not matched my requirements. 2) They were not able to arrange the meeting with the prospects except one of them out of 9-10 profiles selected by me 3) There was no regular follow up after sending the profiles. I raised this concern no. of times with shaadi.com team but everytime they assured me that they will look into my case & will send me the better profiles. They do not have the genuine profiles they kept fooling me that they are following up with the prospects selected by me. Every week my relationship manager assured me that he will follow up with the prospects and will arrange a call back but that never happened. It's been more than 2 months but still there is no positive response from any single person. When i raised this concern that the relationship manager told me that we can force the prospects as some of them are not interested in proceeding further. Shaadi.com team is just concerned about making money out of their clients by fooling them. i want some action against the team.
