Shack Hotel — Illegal construction wall & Complaint regarding nuisance.

SUB:Complaint regarding nuisance from hotel shack.

Respected Sirs,

Society doing complain under RTI in 2014.But no reply & no action of RTI complain.
Doing complain in PM man ki batt.Also doing complain to BMC online. Now society members desided doing complain under RTI again.

All complain in our record.I[censored] can not take any action then we produce all complain.

1)Hotel chimany pass from resident duck area is an illegal without any permission of BMC or
society.Chimany operation up to mid night there for so much noise & vibration to building.due to
chimany fire in 2013.it is dangerous for residential members.
2)Shop owner can not remove monsoon shed after monsoon.
3)Hotel cover open space in front of shop by brick wall.Install all kitchen equipment & all kitchen
activity done in open space.there for so much noise & it is dangerous for residential members.
4)Some time hotel doing cooking activity with strong tadka on that time society members problem
in Breathing.
5)Workers do loudly noise at mid night.in society senior citizen & job people disturb due to
loudly noise by hotel worker at mid night.
6)Garbage van coming at mid night on that time doing so much noise & so much bed smell.some
time drop garbage on road.There for problem of bed smell & mosquitoes.
7)Hotel staff sleep at night front of shop & also doing smoking it is dangerous for residential
members.

Request from all society members please check our complain & take proper action urgently.
If any accident then BMC is responsible because from last 3 years they can not take any action again hotel illegal activity.
