Shalimar Estates Chandigarh — possession of plot

i was allotted 8 marla plot in alipur/naggal scheme in 2002. till date i was not given possesion of the plot. there is no communication from the company so for.there is no proper reply from the office whenever contacted. we want to know the reasons if any. i am ready to join peoples who want to file case against the company. subhash gupta 24 raja park ambala cantt mobile no.[protected]
