The bus was scheduled to leave at 10. 45 pm INSTEAD IT STARTED BY 11.30PM.The condition of bus is too bad.. a.c. blower not working properly. .. the light n chargin...Bus condition was extremely horrible as water was seeping from all sides in the so called Luxura Executive A/c Sleeper bus...The worst behaviour of the employee of shama sardar travel from chennai to dindigul reg. chennai to dindigul in shama sardar travels. driver spoke that we didnt start even at koyambed and spoked unmannerly.Very worst and Useless agency - Very very poor Customer service No one CHEATERS travels is SHAMA SARDAR TRAVELS.
