Your honour`s kind attention is invited to the following facts:-
1.That income-tax return in the above case was filed vide E-Filing Acknowledgement No. ITR-1:- [protected] dated 31/07/2011, received at CPC on[protected]
2.That it is respectfully submitted that as per income-tax return filed the assessee was entitled to refund of Rs.15540/-, which has not been issued.
3.That as per intimation dated 23/02/2012, received from the CPC, vide Communication reference No.CPC/1112/T1/[protected], REFUND of Rs.16003/- had been determined which was adjusted against the alleged previous demands wrongly.
4.That it is submitted that the previous demands have already been deposited as under:-
a.Rs.1106/- for the asstt. Year 2004-05 deposited on 21/11/2011, in the Axis Bank, Kolkata Branch, vide challan No.00801 and BSR Code 6360218
b.Rs.18668/- for the asstt. Year 2006-07 deposited on 29/11/2011, in the Axis Bank, Kolkata Branch, vide challan No.001082 and BSR Code 6360218.
5. That it is respectfully submitted that since the demands stand already deposited, therefore the refund may kindly be issued without any further delay.
