Sheng-li telecom is the worst service provider in my area. I got this connection 45 days ago and first 7 days no service. And now since past 6 days there is no service. When a complaint was registered to their helpdesk they keep telling me that someone will visit the site and rectify it but nothing. No response by their engineering department and no one from sales is picking up the call... Was this information helpful? | 
I have paid for six months and the wifi is not working .
Called several times to the customer care !
No one did come to check the wifi connection .
Worst service ever given by shengli .
I'm helpless after buying this useless shengli wifi!
