I mastufa ahmed, i enroll online ifrs course with shine.com Payment details to shine.com for ifrs course are given below Date description amount Transaction id is :[protected] 07/09/2015 3000 Transaction id is :[protected] 09/09/2015 9690 11/09/2015 transaction id is :[protected] 16/09/2015 transaction id: cp[protected] 8197 Total amount for ifrs course 24786 I enroll ifrs online course as per instruction of sudhanshu negi ( mail-sudhanshu.[protected]@shine.com ) & gaurav nigam ( mail -gaurav.[protected]@shine.com) . I also mail to [protected]@shine.com, sudhanshu.[protected]@shine.com and gaurav.[protected]@shine.com with 7 days i send mail 3 times each mail but not get any response. Also call customer care no [protected] i don't get proper response. After payment made they don't any respose and any materials not receeived till todays .Please immediately action for the prpose of of ifrs couse.Please take necessary action immediately as soon as possible .With best regards . i complain again because i talk with sanjay gupta mob no [protected] he don't response fully and also pay to CCAvenue.com ref no[protected] amount 2000 he told gave your card no for updating your course charges only rs 10 but deduct from my HDFC A/C Rs 2000 .Please kindly take necessary action for myy favour Mustafa ahmed .Mob no [protected]
