I have purchased a flat in 2011 from Shivam Builders in Nirlon Complex on SV Road- Goregaon (w), whih was supposed to be a redevlopment project and was under construction. However the project is yet no completed and, recently in early 2015 they demolished even what was constructed. Want to gather some more info on the projec, awaitin any helpful revert.
