Please guide how to correct the differences of dates mentioned in marksheet and original degree certificate that provided me after passing final examination... From shobhit university sde

I applied for migration certificate with rs 500/ in draft but till date it is not issued to me.
As a result i am getting /loosing valuable years for higher education..

Please guide me..
