[Resolved] Shop CJ — Complaint regarding replaced item | |||||
Hi Team, I ordered Glowria imitation jewellery (Item no. 155095) last month. I received the item within 2 days of placing the order, however, since the bangle size was small, therefore I had to place a request for its replacement. The article was picked from my residence within the following week on 25 May 2016, and delivered today, i.e. 9 June 2016. I had to follow up a number of times for its timely delivery, as I had ordered the jewellery for a family function and obviously couldnt use it. Must say the process of replacement is very time consuming and frustating!!. Now comes more irritating part- Today, when I have received the replaced item, I am really offended! The bangle size fits me, but to my surprise, the ring is smaller than last time and even the design is diffferent from last time.Even the items inside were not packed properly, and strings of mangalsutra and chain were badly entangled. Shop CJ has resolved my problem. Mr Amit from Shop CJ was constantly communicating and provided a timely solution. Initially the item was replaced, however considering the fact that the quality of the delivered product was not upto the mark, the amount was refunded.
Really appreciate the way Mr Amit took care of this issue.
