Shop CJ Network — Booked colour of blanc mattress not sent. | |||||
Order No. [protected]. I had booked the above order in yellow colour around 25 days back. But instead I was sent purple colour. When I complained, they changed the parcel but to my surprise, again the same purple colour has been sent to me. I have called your customer NO. [protected] around 25 times complaining about the wrong colour sent to me. For the last three days, I am asking them to contact me to senior person. The reply which I got is shocking which is "sir now it is 7 p.m. and no senior is available and every body has gone to his house and contact tomorrow at 7 A.M.". When today I called at 10 a.m. I was replied that senior is busy and he cannot talk to me. It is your mistake. When I had booked yellow colour, why I have been sent the purpose colour which I do not want and the behavior of your customer is rather shocking.
