I buy bed sheet set from shop cj, i reseaved product but that was dameged and cheap qwality product, ill call them at same day to regester my complaint to reurn and refund, and there represntative said sorry mam we cant help u becose, for any qwality purpus issue we dont change and return the product, i say them to plz transfer my call to your senior but no response, i call them atleast 10, 12 time but every they regeser my complaint but they enclosed my complaint at there own end, at every call they said to me "mam aap nishchint rahe aap ko call ayegi within24hour but they dont call me even single time, i have all recordings and masseges of our conversation, "please help m Was this information helpful? | |||||
