Its been more than 4 - 5 weeks placing the order & refund requested for the same as the product was default.

Product is collected back but still the refund is not recieved inspite of continous calls with the customer care department but still is not resolved.

The experience is pathetic. I recommend not to buy from shopcj.

I am hoping to resolve it.

Updated by priyahirani We recieved a call from some number that shop cj have refunded our amount. However our account is not credited with any amount. Also we asked the person to send us the details of transactions still there is no response.

Still no progress as to the complaint.

We hope to clear it soon.

WE ARE FORCED TO RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO STOP BUYING FROM SHOP CJ..
