Shop CJ Network — Damage product received

I have purchases eveready roti maker from shop cj on dated[protected] my order no.[protected] but i have received damaged product from shop cj and i lodge complaint by phone but still my product not yet replace. It seems the chopcj not interested to resolve my complaint.
