Shop CJ Network — Homemate cloth drying rack

I ordered a homemate cloth drying rack on 17th jan, 2016 and received it on 21st jan, 2016. But one of its components was missing. I requested a return immediately. Till date i have called at least 10 times but nothing has been done regarding my complaint. I request u to plz return the product and give my money back.
