[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — No exchange on faulty product/ no money back /no response

I purchased a mobile on 4th march ..it was fault i was asked to go to service center and take doa certificate .. after that . i have done many calls and emails for reverse pick-up or money refund no response yet(16/3/2014).
every time i call a new answer is ready but no solution is provided me.
