Shop CJ Network — Non receipt of Invoice | |||
I had placed an order for SWIPE Tab on 25th April, 2016, (order no. [protected]) order received on 27th April, 2016. The purpose for which the tab was purchased has not solved as the particular app does not get installed in it. I want a DOA form from the dealer to replace the product for which the Invoice is necessary. I have requested the company to provide me with the Invoice copy in the mail . The company has not even provided me a physical copy of the Invoice. I have been continuously calling up shop CJ from Friday i.e. 29th April, 2016 to please send me a soft copy of the Invoice . Today it is 3rd May, 2016, but I have still NOT RECEIVED a copy of the Invoice . Prerna Jagasia Was this information helpful? | |||

Until five days we have tried to persue the matter n on every ocassion I HV just been stereotyped voiced answers"u will get a reply or u will attended by the complaint team " but unfortunately u don't have a responsible team to just send me an email of the bill which u were suppose to send me along with the product. Also It was ur utmost duty to send me two more copies -1for my reference n one on the box. I did receive the copy on the box but the copy for my physical reference. When I wanted the DOA to return my product, I was said to produce the copy of the bill, which unfortunately u HV neither send nor mailed me. I need to go to the consumer court for support I guess if it na falls on deaf ears...
