Shop CJ Network — Not able to log in/ register/ change my password | |||||
I'm sathyavathi. I have an account with you which i recently opened. Today i felt a little strange because my password is not being accepted. It said it is wrong. After multiple log in trials, when i tried 'forgot password', a form appeared. When i put in my details, it said i'm not registered and to register. When i tried to register freshly, it said i'm already registered. I went through your complete page, but nowhere there is a separate email id for customer support to send a complaint. Me emailid is [protected]@gmail.com. I can't log in, can't get a change of password not can i register. What is happening? Either i'm a member or i'm not. Your website says i'm a member and also i'm not registered. Can you please help? I've had multiple phone talks but i'm not able to log in. How can i make a purchase or keep in touch through email? Hi this is venkatesan from srinivasapuram pattinapakkam, chennai. i have given the order at 13/08/2016. but still now i have not received the order. i was call the customer care number. but they are not repose properly. i am very disappointment. please get me my order quickly .
