[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — Not getting refund from shop cj | |||||
I placed online order of bedsheets on shop cj on 16 july 2016 but didn't received my order. I asked shop cj customer care several times initially complaining that i didn't receive my order and everytime they state that i will receive it next 2 days but their 2 days never came. Later on 16 august 2016 i asked customer care to issue my refund and they transfer my call to their managrt and she agree to cancel my order and issue refund bank on my credit card. Today on 21 aug i got call from bluedart regarding my package delivery which i denied to accept and when i call customer care i was told that my order was never cancelled that's why i cannot get my money back. I am unable to understand what is the delivery commitment as they state online and in tv and why shop cj is not giving my money back. This is total fraud company and i suggest all my social networks not to think of doing any online business with this fraud company. Dear sir,
i had purchased a jewellary set of grace jewellary by gloria from SHOPCJ.COM and i have returned the same as it is was found defective, and was said that the amount will be refunded back which has not beed done till now. i request u to look into the matter and dothe needfull.at the earliest.
