[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — Order No:- [protected] | |||||
I placed an order for Blanc Mattress Protector Set - White color on 17th August, 2016. It was delivered on 24th August, 2016. The product delivered was of a different specification i.e. multicolored print. I called the customer care while the courier was still waiting outside for the payment on 24th August, 2016 to get it picked up for exchange. They assured me that the issue will be resolved within 14 days which is well past. Every time I call them they say that the issue is being looked into and I'll get a call in 24 hours. I've never got any call from ShopCJ. Now I no longer want to exchange the product and want the money refunded as it has been too long a wait. Was this information helpful? | |||||
