Shop CJ Network — Pathetic service - very worst - approaching consumer forum & media for the defective piece received | |||
Myself ganesh lingam details given below, mentally stressed, going through agony for the worst & pathetic service offered by shopcj. This is the worst ever on-line company ever seen, i would request none of the customer should buy any product from shopcj. I had ordered "smart tab" on dated 14.04.2016, this was received under defective condition with lots of scratch in the screen also the piece has hand marks with dust which i had wiped with dry cloth. O charging the said tab, the images was dulish nothing can been seen in screen, I tried to adjust the contrast nothing seemed to be improving, the same day i logged the complaint. But no response, in vain to understand what would happen. It was so surprising to have such a defective product in hand, at once i called up on number - [protected], where my complaint was booked. Note : while even booking on product, i have clearly instructed that my earlier number - [protected] is registered since i have purchased an 5.1, now the since the number is not in active, pls note my new number : [protected]. Where they said ok sir, you may receive a call on the alternative number & we have registered it. But surprisingly nothing happened on the next day, again i called on the same number on dated : 15.04.2016, but the answer was the same that they had called me on the number [protected] which is non active, again i narrated my story. He promised you will surely get an call tomorrow. But in vain nothing happens - again the same answers are repeated on calling nothing is happening. Even today i had called up in agony & pain to hear the same answers, nearly about 20 times a day i call them to find the same answer. It is now to an height with the patience, now the ultimate is 24 hours from now, or i would press my comments about the fraud which " shopj " is doing with customer sending the repaired product against the booking for new & lot more... The experience is too worse. And also would approach consumer forum, if my case is not taken care within 24 hours from now. It was very pathetic to see after paying an amount, you get an repaired /used product, even im from hitachi home & life solutions, iam working as an branch service manager. I knew how to service a customer when he receives a defective product. We take immediate actions on the same & the product is replaced with the fresh unit delivered at the customers step the next day, or refund him with dd.
