I had ordered a Saree, but it has defect n also is not of good quality so called on Monday 12 th Sep 16 to return it but there is no one come yet to collect it. I had received the order on Monday only.want a quick reply n quick repayment too. It was told that they will pick it up in 48 hrs, it's already 48hrs considering the working days still no one has called to check or pick up the Saree back from me. I want a quick reply Asap

I was bought a Videocon mobile on 29/03/2016from shop cj.com.after some time it fall dead. . after that I called at shop cj. they said send doa certificate.i send doa but no respone from them. I am calling last 7 days at heir customer care. but they said a call wll come you from us. but till date no call receive.no mail answer give to me
