Hello, I ordered ILO kit (kitchen set) from shopcj.com dated "27 Nov 2015" worth 1099/- and they sent me vlcc kit (cosmetic item) After complaining about this multiple time through their customer care. They took request but did nothing. I am really disappointed with this. I lost my full money. I do not need vlcc kit. I need refund or correct item?
