[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — To refuse to return back material order no. [protected]

I was received this material on 28.10.2016 and open the packet and check the product, the was not as per bed size.
than I call to customer care to return back this material but no any one cone to my house to take back this material.
After one week again i call to customer care and wait for a week again no any one come to received the material. lastly I cal again on 28.11.2016 than that asked that one month has passed now don't take material back.
so, that i mail consumer comp. to you and need your help
