Shop CJ Network — Very very worst shopping chain i have ever gone through

I ordered ideal lady shave product on 1st of feb 2016 .i hav been told i will recieve my product in2 days which i haven't yet.i complaint and called customer cRe more than 10 times today its been 10 days and still i haven't got my product and the customer care ppl laughed at me when i shared my problem.
